I faced numerous issues during my stay. The air-conditioning was malfunctioning, and it took forever to get help to switch rooms. The restaurant service was dreadfully slow, and even simple requests like coffee spoons and toiletries seemed to be too much to handle.

The location is perfect for exploring local hotspots like Nelson Mandela Square and Sandton City Mall, both just minutes away. With my five kids, we loved the spacious apartment and the breakfast buffet that had options for everyone's tastes.

The standard king room was spacious and came with a comfy bed, perfect for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a nice variety. I loved the outdoor space, which was lovely to enjoy when the weather was nice. However, the hotel bar had a less desirable location and could be noisy at times. It was also inconvenient that transport to Mandela Square wasn't readily available when we needed it. The parking fees caught me off guard too, so that could be clearer upfront.

The Studio Apartment was super spacious and clean! Loved the balcony and the flat-screen TV with Netflix. Morning breakfast was sweet, especially the lovely lady merging tables for us. The outdoor pools were fantastic, and the spa was a real treat with massages. Overall, great stay with a chill vibe!

The Standard King Room was pretty comfy! The bed was great, and I had enough space to move around. Room service was solid with delicious food. The decor of the hotel was impressive, and the staff always tried to help. Only downside was that they missed replacing towels a couple of times after cleaning. But overall, a nice place to stay.
